How to install the QuickBooks Connector QuickBooks Connector on your Shopify store
Follow these steps to install the QuickBooks Connector app on your Shopify store.
Step 1: Find the App
Visit the Shopify App Store and search for QuickBooks Connector For Shopify or navigate directly to the app listing page.
Step 2: Install the App
- Click the Install button on the app listing page
- You will be redirected to your Shopify admin to review the app permissions
- Click Install app to confirm the installation
Step 3: Choose a Subscription Plan
After installation, you will be redirected to the subscription page. Choose a plan that fits your needs:

Step 4: Connect to QuickBooks
Once subscribed, you will be taken to the setup page where you can connect your QuickBooks Online account. You have two options:
- Quick Setup — One-click connection (recommended)
- Manual Setup — Use your own Intuit developer credentials
Step 5: Start Syncing
After connecting to QuickBooks, You can now:
- Navigate to Orders to sync your Shopify orders
- Navigate to Products to sync your product catalog
- Navigate to Customers to sync customer data
The app automatically registers webhooks for order creation, order updates, product creation, product updates, customer creation, and customer updates. This enables real-time sync without any additional configuration.
